Bootcamp at the beach is located at Kalima beach in San Pedro de Alcántara, only 10 minutes from the heart of Marbella.

The location is beautifully surrounded by the sea and palm tress which makes it the best atmosphere for a great workout.

Training on the sand pushes harder on the cardiovascular and improves balance!

What is the Bootcamp?

Bootcamp at the beach are a high intensive group training at the beach. It’s built to promote fat loss, increase cardiovascular efficiency and build strength. This type of training fits all levels and background with the goal to improve fitness.

The sessions are a fun way to improve fitness, socialise, make friends and it will push everyone further both mentally and physically than we normally do on our own.

Bootcamp at the beach offers classes for everyone, no matter if you like to train in the sunrise, late morning or in the sunset - there are always an option!

Morning classes:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
7 am, 8:30am, 9:30am

Evening classes:
Tuesday, Thursday
7pm
